Children are eligible to start kindergarten
if they turn 5 years old by no later than September 1st. 

After September 2nd and before children turn 4 (in most state centers) PARENTS Can choose to send enroll their children to: 

1. A Preschool (Head Start, State Preschool ,Private Preschools, Home cares etc. ) 

2. or TK (Usually in an Elementary School Campus
